Good Points:
Solid chassis- I had a Dinitrol treatment done on it in December 2022 and still have the before and after pics I can send if needed.
Swivel Hub Seals done in August 2022 at 210k Miles
Cambelt, new front brake calipers and front wheel bearings done October 2022 at 211k Miles
Exhaust changed December 2022
Big End Bearings done March 2023
Bodywork fairly good for year, there is a small amount of rust on the passenger front door (pictured) and some damage on the rear side bumpers.
Triple Diff Lock Version
Has never towed
Not so good bits:
Been sitting for 10 Months but still starts on the button-MOT expired in January
Rear Diff noisy-still works fine but is a bit noisy above about 40
Handbrake Useless
Brakes not great
Radius Arm Bushes need doing ( I have a set that comes with the car)
Bits of bodywork-already mentioned
Wheels need refurbing and Tyres are old and low
Rocker Cover Gasket needs doing ideally
That pretty much sums it up, I’m selling it as I did get it as a project to get perfect but truthfully I’m just so busy with work it’ll probably end up sitting for another year or 2 before I get round to it and could do with the space!.I’m aware of the desirability of these for both export and parts and will be letting the auction run its course.Any genuine questions drop me a message.
