selling my landcruiser,which i have owned for five years,as now surplus to requirements (kids moved out !) i bought this as a stop gap when my landrover got stolen,two weeks before christmas in 2018,I have ended up keeping it for five years(in which time i have coverd 20k miles. currently done 201000 miles)as it is the most capable and reliable car i have ever owned in 40yrs of driving. 3.0 tdi,will do 30mpg on a run,25-28 round town.(you dont buy one of these for economy) I have had 8 people in it a few times,towed a trailer,taken whole fam.and dog on holidays,it has never let me down.in my ownership it has had tyres,alternator replaced,and exhaust front pipe.serviced every year,by myself.previously near full service history.serviced last week,mot’d six weeks ago.no issues. rear chassis repaired last year(the usual place,rear main rails) very solid now. just run in at 200k,these will easily run to 500k without major work,just keep up the services ! usual wear on drivers seat (as pics) slight repair on rear seat,otherwise all good on the body and interior.no rot. takes about 5 secs on heater plugs when cold to start,all rest of time starts immeadiatly.really going to miss this truck,but just not needed now.MOT’d untill Aug 2025.
comes with,electric leather heated seats,ABS,powered steering,electric windows,central locking,blaupunkt audio DAB and cd,also has cd changer (not connected) (two keys,i think spare needs a battery,i only use one) electric tilt/slide sunroof.all usual Landcruiser toys.tow bar with electrics.full size spare. auto,with diff lock,hi/low,etc. feel free to call/txt any Q’s. no PX thanks.test drives welcome,with full payment in cash or BACS,and proof of insurance,happy to demonstrate if you don’t have insurance sorted.located near j7m6 Birmingham. extensive folder of paperwork,all handbooks mot’s etc.v5 in my name.at my address.
