For sale is my lovely 5 door Rav4.
Extensive service records, including 10 stamps in the book. Serviced by myself (motorsport mechanic) throughout my ownership.
This has been the most reliable car I've owned, built when the Toyota name really meant something. It's a dream to drive and puts a smile on people's faces.
12 months' MOT.
This car has the desirable centre diff option, as well as the very rare rear parcel shelf.

This has been the most reliable car I’ve owned, built when the Toyota name really meant something. It’s a dream to drive and puts a smile on people’s faces.

Tyres and brakes have plenty of life left. This is not a heavy car so doesn’t get through consumables like modern vehicles do.
I looked at dozens of Rav4’s before buying this one. The bodywork and interior are in fantastic condition. I’ve tried to take pictures of the underside to show how clean this is too. Check the MOT history and you’ll find there is no history of corrosion. For a car that’s almost 30 years old, it’s in amazing shape.
Bad points:
– There is a 20 pence-sized mark on the offside front wing (pictured) where the paint has cracked. This hasn’t changed in size since I’ve owned the car and would be straightforward to address. Other than that and a few stone chips, it’s difficult to find fault with the bodywork.
– The power steering pump is starting to get noisy on full lock. I’ve bought the Toyota rebuild kit but haven’t got round to fitting it.
A very reluctant sale, but I need to slim down the collection. Viewings welcome, daytime or evening. Any questions, please message me. I will only accept offers from someone who has viewed the car, and I will not respond to messages asking for a best price.
